in its projects |
| As from the
first quarter of 2008, Disney
will enter into the tourism
sector in Latin America. This
will include destinations such
as the citadel of Machu Picchu
in Peru and the natural beauties
of Costa Rica, as part of its
family adventure products, besides
the theme parks of Orlando and
California. |

| Cruise season
headed for new record |
| On Monday,
the cruise season began with
the arrival of the Nordnorge,
a Norwegian flag ship with approximately
200 passengers and 74 crew members.
The Nordnorge will continue
its journey to Ushuaia, Punta
Arenas (Chile) and the Maldive
Islands. The Coast Guard informed
that in this season, that will
end on April 2, 2008, 99 boats
are expected to arrive. |

| Pluna will fly
to Argentinean cities and Atlanta |
| As from December
11th, Pluna will begin to offer
services between the cities
of Montevideo and Cordoba, with
three weekly frequencies. The
company plans to include other
destinations such as Bariloche,

served by charter flights related
to the tourist season. |

| Aerolineas
Argentinas officially announced
its new operations to Paraguay
as from October 22nd, after
a six-month period of absence
in the market. Aerolineas Argentinas
will carry out a daily flight
between the Ezeiza International
Airport and the Airport of Asuncion
and vice versa. |

310 million to purchase new aircrafts |
| GOL received
a US$ 310 million loan to finance
advance payments for the purchase
of 21 new Boeing 737-800 aircraft,
which will be delivered between
2008 and 2009. |
| Varig and Air
France begin interline agreement |
| This month, VRG/Varig
and Air France will begin an interline
agreement by which the passengers
will be able to purchase tickets
to all destinations offered by
the airline. |

Rio-Frankfurt direct flight in
December |
| In September,
Varig temporarily suspended the
direct flight to Frankfurt from
Rio, replacing it with the Rio-Sao
Paulo-Frankfurt route, due to
the “low season”.
The direct route will be resumed
on December 3rd. |

opened |
| The cruise
season in Ecuador began with
the arrival of the transatlantic
Alexander Humboldt to the port
of Manta. This is the beginning
of six months of cruise visits
to the Manatian port. According
to the director of Tourism of
the Town Council, the arrival
of 30 cruisers is confirmed
so far. |
| AeroGal will fly
to Miami starting from December
7th |
| As from December
7th, AeroGal will begin direct
daily flights between Guayaquil
and Miami. |
| Guayaquil Airport
will close for maintenance |
| Spokesmen of Tagsa
informed that the Jose Joaquin
de Olmedo International Airport
of Guayaquil will be closed for
maintenance for over a month.
The repairs on the runway will
take place on Fridays, Saturdays
and Sundays of November, as well
as on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of
December. On these dates, the
national flights will depart from
the Taura air base, while the
international flights will depart
from the Mariscal Sucre airport
of Quito. |

its flights |
As from December
13th, American Airlines will
resume operations with a daily
flight between Barranquilla
and Miami. In addition to the
two daily frequencies that American
operates between Bogota and
Miami, the airline will add
four flights a week. The general
director of American Airlines
for Colombia informed that the
airline will have a daily flight
and three additional weekly
flights in the Miami-Medellin
route. |

flights to Bogota |
| As from November
2nd, Air Comet will have one more
flight, four per week. It is expected
that by January, the company will
have an additional frequency. |

Vision entered the Santiago

The majestic ship belongs to

Caribbean circuit that is carries
out: Santo Domingo, Ocho Rios,
in Jamaica; Santiago of Cuba,
Guadalupe, San Martin; and the
return to the capital of the
