| The codeshare
agreement between TAM and LAN
Airlines is in force as from
Monday. This will increase the
flights options in South America
for both airlines, allowing
the passengers of LAN to fly
to 12 Brazilian cities, such
as Rio de Janeiro, Salvador,
Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte,
Florianapolis, Brasilia, Recife,
Manaus and Porto Seguro. Likewise,
the passengers of TAM can do
the same to the Chilean cities
operated by LAN. |
| Cruiser season
will attract US$ 133 million to
Rio de Janeiro |
| The cruiser season,
which started on last Monday,
will bring 445,000 tourists to
Rio de Janeiro until May 2008.
According to official sources,
this will imply a growth of 39%. |

| USA Airways wants
to fly to the country |
The American
company is interested in traveling
from Charlotte to Bogota. The
airline will compete with Jet
Blue for the authorization from
the US Department of Transportation
to operate 21 routes to the
country, in accordance with
an agreement between the two

will fly to Fort Lauderdale |
As from February
2008, Spirit Airlines will operate
a direct flight between Panama
City and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The route between Panama and
Fort Lauderdale was temporarily
operated by US Airways in 2005,
but it was suspended that same

| Air Caraibes will
begin daily flights as from December |
| The Ministry of
Foreign Affairs informed that
on December 11th, Air Caraibes
will begin two direct flights
to Panama from Guadalupe and Martinique.
Ministry sources pointed out that
this route will be carried out
twice a week. |

that it will open three weekly

Connect and will depart on Tuesdays,

to Tuito. The investment includes
the creation of the destination
