| The hotel chain
Amerian will open nine facilities
during the next two years. Among
the confirmed inaugurations are
three five star hotels in San
Carlos of Bariloche, El Calafate
and Ushuaia. |

| The historical
Cafe de Los Angelitos, in Rivadavia
and Rincon, opens again as from
today. At the beginning, it was
called "Rivadavia" until
a police captain from the zone
renamed it as “Cafe de los
Angelitos” (Little Angels’
Café) due to the dangerous
personality of its regular customers.
In 1919, two little plaster angels
were placed in the facade of the
chamfered corner, which were there
until their collapse in 2000. |

The remaining 25% will be held

the American airline network to
that of Gol using an only ticket.
The Brazilian airline will not

confirm commercial alliance |

an agreement with Delta Air Lines
for luggage transport and ticket
transmission. The agreement will
offer to the passengers of Delta

year in Puerto Varas, from August
23rd to 25th. The Lakes, Rivers
and Volcanoes Workshop is the
greatest Receptive Tourism Round

of Puerto Varas, Valdivia and
Pucon, in 2004, 2005 and 2006,

La Paz prepares to receive the Aymara New Year |

The preparations for the Inti Raymi celebration, in the archeological complex of Saqsayhuaman, are ready. The act will be carried out on June 24th in the North Zone of the terrace of the historical site. Three galleries will be set up with a capacity for 4,435 tourists. The visitors who can not enter will be placed at the northeastern side of Chukipampa and in the Sector l, which is called La Cruz. |
Cable railway to visit Kuelap will be built in 2008 |
After inaugurating the first works carried out in the archeological complex Kuelap, the Ministry of Tourism announced that for the first quarter of 2008 they plan to start the construction of the railway which will allow tourists to have quick access to the Archeological Complex. |

Companies which fly over the Nazca Lines will be charged |
The National Institute of Culture stated that, starting from July, its branch in Ica will charge US$ 10 for each flight of the private companies which offer this service over the Nazca Lines and archeological centers of the zone. The measure was established in order to finance the preservation of tourist attraction. |

Continental Airlines will daily fly from Cali to Houston |
Continental Airlines informed that until September 9th, it will daily fly from the airport Alfonso Bonilla Aragon in Cali to the intercontinental airport George Bush of Houston. The airline increased the frequency of 4 weekly flights to 7 to attend the passenger demand in high season. |
